    • The Perils of being a neophyte Capitaliati Entreprenenur

      Greetings Readers,

My two and a half recent commercial ventures have proven failures. It wasn’t all my fault. In one case it was pure bad luck: The Thailand Bullet Proof Garment, or better known as a bullet-proof-flack vest, BPFV.

The Thai vest project was a rock solid concept whose time had come, a customized stylish bullet and stab proof vest in multi-shade colors offered to the Bangkok public for only $39.99 with free deliver to your door anywhere in Asia. The security garment could to be used for protection by ladies, gentlemen, and children in Thailand during their period of political upheaval and violence. It was just starting to take off when the military coup took place and demonstrators and others began feeling safe. Of course the market for bullet proof vests practically collapsed.

These were not just any old style bullet proof vests that you see the miliary and police…

    • The Best Of The Weekend Interviews, 21-22 June 2014

Posted at 12:35 am by ronaldstanleymiller, roguedinosur.wordpress.com, on June 24, 2014

      Roguedinosaur.Wordpress. com

      Greetings Readers,

This weekend I tuned in to five or six cable news network interview programs: Meet the Press, Charley Rose, CNN’s Candy Crowley, State of the Union, and Global Public Square, GPS, with Fareed Zakaria, etc. and more. I gleaned the following tidbits that may be of interest to the reader:

      1. The U. S. and Saudi Arabia jointly slipped arms and equipment to the Syrian ISIS. It was the best America could do, choices between evil and more evil are limited. The State Department believed the SISI was less radical than most other radicals.

      2. George W. Bush warned Barrack Obama when assuming the presidency Iraq would most likely split into three entities during his tenure. I never knew George was “clairvoyant.” Back in 2003 he didn’t’ know there were three major ethnic  groups in Iraq until just before the invasion.  Bush is a bright guy, Harvard Business School, 1975; Yale University…

    • The Ethnic and Religious Civil Wars of Syria and Iraq

Posted at 1:54 pm by ronaldstanleymiller, roguedinosur.wordpress.com, on June 21, 2014

      Roguedinosaur.Wordpress. com

      Greetings Readers,

First I would want to point out the two deadly internal struggles for power in progress are classic examples of civil wars as any throughout history. The discontented and oppressed raise up in an attempt to overthrow a callous uncaring status-quo holding power. The ethnic and religious nature of these two conflicts do stand out from others, but not significantly once analyzed. Most civil wars are based and fought for economic reasons. I have more than a suspicion these are the underlying motives no different than in any other civil war. Religion and ethnic differences have always been used as scapegoats by powerful instigators to further their own objectives.

Syria: The Syrian Alawite Regime has been ruled by the al Assad Royal Family since the establishment of the country in 1920. Since its inception the regime has brutally oppressed the Muslim majority that consists of 80% of Syria’s population…

    • Putting America First And Playing It Safe

Posted at 10:44 am by ronaldstanleymiller, roguedinosur.wordpress.com, on June 12, 2014

      Roguedinosaur.Wordpress. com

      Greetings Readers,

On a growing number of occasions the past three decades I have come to the conclusion America increasingly shoots itself in the foot as many of you have also discovered. It puzzles me. Is it due to hubris, arrogance, exceptionalism, incompetence, greed, not knowing basic history, or some sinister hidden conspiratorial motive? We over reach and over extend our influence blindly without proper analysis

As an example, I have researched more that a few volumes and articles that report our ex-President George W. Bush did not realize nor understand the implication Iraq had three large quarreling geopolitical factions, ethnic and religious, existing within the country until a few weeks prior the March 2003 invasion. Bush believed Iraqis were all Iraqis and lumped them together. How wrong-headed he and his underlings were. Today there is a danger of Iraq tearing itself into a Shiite south, a Sunnis central, and…

    • My Sympathy for Sergeant Bergdahl

Posted at 3:03 pm by ronaldstanleymiller, roguedinosur.wordpress.com, on June 8, 2014

      Roguedinosaur.Wordpress. com

      Greetings, To Anybody Out There,

I have to write this quickly.

I understand and have great sympathy for Sergeant Bergdahl  because for five years I have been held captive against my will by radical rogue Muslim elements right here on Batam island, Indonesia.

At all times, day and night, 24/7, I am watched by two hefty muscular Muslim thugs who have previously served as bouncers at the local masque. Those two brutes constantly watch, harass, and bully me while serving bad tasteless food, and will not allow me to leave my own apartment. Over years I may have written you in e-mails that I am fine, swim at the pool each day, walk about the grounds, but this is a falsehood. I have not left my dark curtains-drawn residence for five years. You do not have the faintest idea this is going on, but every mail I write is placed on…

    • In Praise of General Dwight Eisenhower the D-Day Commander

Posted at 3:15 pm by ronaldstanleymiller, roguedinosur.wordpress.com, on June 7, 2014

      Roguedinosaur.Wordpress. com

      Greeting Readers.

The 70th anniversary of the D-Day Landing in France has come and gone, but not forgotten. The successful landings that June day was due to a decision made by Dwight David Eisenhower an outstanding Allied Commander in World War II, destined one day to be the President of the United States. Eight years later he became the 35th American President, 1953-1961, and our greatest peacetime president. Ike has always been one of my most favored Republican office holders.

Not only was Ike a great military leader, Eisenhower steered the presidency exceptionally well in spite interference from several domestic and international crises. He mobilized the National Guards in Mississippi and Georgia to allow black children to safely attend segregated schools, a very unpopular political move in the South at the time, and as some of the older readers may remember, the Sputnik Scare and the Missile Gap? The Power’s…

    • Richard Clarke and His Recent Novel Sting of the Drone.

Posted at 5:13 am by ronaldstanleymiller, roguedinosur.wordpress.com, on June 2, 2014

      Roguedinosaur.Wordpress. com

      Greetings Dear Readers,

Since Richard Clarke’s first book Against All Enemies: Inside America’s War On Terror was published in 2004, I have been an admirer of Clarke’s integrity and dedication to the cause of protecting the United States from its enemies and itself no matter where the findings led. For instances in the opening chapters of Clarke’s bestseller he describes President George H. Bush’s unprecedented and unwise determination to rush to war with Iraq mere hours after the 9/11 atrocity that had not previously drawn public attention. I therefore felt his book to be a benchmark in political reporting.

Mr. Clarke’s credentials for criticising administrations is his lengthy ten-year tenure as Chief Counter-Terrorism Adviser to the White House under Bill Clinton and George H. Bush that topped off an amazing career. In itself his professional calling makes for an excellent biography, and Clarke’s 30 year reign goes back to…
