Greetings Readers,
It’s hard to drag oneself to the computer and write an article this week because of the disastrous heart breaking news coming out of Asian and Middle East. Heartbreaking yes, sad and depressing of course, but the information provided to the public by the Media is so one-sided I can hear the drum beats of potential war flaring from the enemies of peace while drowning out milder rational constructive voices.
This past Saturday CNN’s State of the Union program hosted by Candy Crowley should have been renamed the “Netanyahu and Kerry Show.” It was deliberately designed and delivered for the disparagement and castigation of the Gazans and the Eastern Ukrainian insurgency. Netanyahu and Kerry were superb in utilizing diplomatic jingoistic deceptive means that should not, but often does, confuse and intimidate the casual American viewer.
